SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN THIS MORNING...
.TREACHEROUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE OVER SOUTHEAST AND
PORTIONS OF SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN THIS MORNING.
STRONG NORTHEAST WINDS GUSTING TO 35 MPH WILL CREATE BLIZZARD
CONDITIONS IN PORTIONS OF MILWAUKEE...RACINE AND KENOSHA COUNTIES.
THE COMBINATION OF STRONG WINDS AND FALLING OR BLOWING SNOW WILL
RESULT IN FREQUENT VISIBILITIES OF ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS IN
THESE AREAS.
CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE TO DETERIORATE RAPIDLY ACROSS SOUTHEAST
AND SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN EARLY THIS MORNING. PERSONS DECIDING

COUNTIES. VISIBILITIES IN THE SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL
FREQUENTLY BE BELOW ONE QUARTER MILE.
TRAVEL WILL BE TREACHEROUS. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

Does this mean your closed today? And what exactly would be in a Winter survival kit other than a ticket to Florida?
