I copied this out of a comic book retailer forum thread, in reference to the Who Wants to Be a Superhero comic from Dark Horse:
Due to scheduling slips, we've definitely moved outside of the realm of excitement for this issue. Just this AM (Tuesday, Jan 2) the decision was made to hold the release of the book till the second season of Who Wants to Be a Superhero launches later this Summer. We feel like it's the better decision, given the lateness at this point.
That's all I got on this one. Sorry to disappoint -

At least Jonathan can admit that the excitement is GONE! While I think it stinks that they let this drop so horribly, I do think that now that it's past it's freshness date they are smart to not release it at all until the next season launches. The question then becomes, WHEN will the comic from the second series come out? Have they learned their lesson? Will they give adequate publicity to the fact that the last season's comic can FINALLY be found in stores?
