This weekend the Ghost Rider movie, staring Nicholas Cage, was the #1 film of the weekend. While I wouldn't say that $44M set the box office on fire (pun intended) it still doubled the gross revenue for the #2 movie of the weekend, Bridge to Terabithia.
According to internet movie review site Rotten Tomatoes, people have found the movie to be about average or slightly below. Sounds like another Daredevil. One of those movies that people will see once, but probably not a second time. Most of our customers who have reported back after seeing it said they did enjoy it. I have not seen it yet, but it is on my to-do list.
