Film.ick has reported that they've got a reliable source saying that Two-Face in the upcoming Batman movie, The Dark Knight, will be partly computer generated.
That face could be really something to see if they can't do it with make-up alone!
I'm still hoping that it's a Joker movie, with just a bit of Two-Face, maybe at the very end Harvy has his accident and becomes Two Face, and it leads into the next film. Once they start adding in too many villains the movies never seem to be as good.
