Did you see last night's episode of The Simpsons? While most of it was about Homer having extensive plastic surgery done to prevent Marge from leaving him, there was also a bit of comic book fun in it too.
If you did not see it, here are a couple of clips:
Richard Keller also gives a fun look at the episode on TV Squad.
The one comment Craig & I made about the show after it ended from a comic book store owner's perspective was about the old vs new comic stores. The unhappy customers from The Dungeon quickly fled to become customers at the new and better comic book store. That just isn't the way it seems to work. Yes, a few people will leave the store they don't like right away, but so many comic book store customers remain loyal to their current store, even if they don't like that store, for reasons that I never quite understood. If I do not like a store, I do not shop there, easy as that. But for comic book buyers it seems like old habits die hard, even if they do not feel like they are being well served anymore.
