You may remember this post a while back where I posted about the Dateline special on the trial of comic book retailer Michael George.
There's new news on that. According to ICv2, who also quotes the local newspaper, there will be a new trial for Michael George because the prosecution withheld some key evidence giving another individual the ability to also have committed the murder.
This could get him off. I still don't know if he actually murdered Barbara or not. The only living person who knows that is Michael. But the case against him did seem pretty flimsy, so this new evidence could be all that's needed for a new jury to set him free.
