Infinite Crisis #6 Cover

This is the cover reveal for Infinite Crisis #6. It's pretty "unrevealing" so I am assuming it is only a small portion of the entire cover. It sure will be interesting to see what comes of this whole DC event! Lots of speculation. If you have an opinion/speculation, post it here.

First, i wanted to say, you have a nice blog, love the comic book stuff.

I have a few questions about this Infinite Crisis stuff, (used to be a huge DC fan, just don’t have the time to read as much).

Is this another “cleaning house” storyline like Crisis and Zero Hour?

Is there a site that details what’s happened so far in Infinite Crisis?

thanks again.

I’m glad you enjoy my blog! It’s hard to say for sure what Infinite Crisis is intended to do, but it will definitely re-work the DC Universe. Wonderwoman and Flash are both ending, and will be restarted, Aquaman is being re-named and a new man will be Aquaman. There will be a change-up in the Superman titles, and there are even rumors that there could be a new Batman, but I’m not too sold on that theory. If you are a DC fan, you should definitely check out Identity Crisis from last year, now in hard cover trade. It’s an EXCELLENT story, and it kind-of kicks off the new Crisis, but you wouldn’t have to read the new IC in order to enjoy Identity Crisis. If you like that, you can always check out some of the other mini-series that begin the crisis, which are already out in trade. The Crisis itself is only in issue #2, so if you check out Identity Crisis (Which, let me say again, I HIGHLY recommend for ANY DC fan, even if you don’t read any others this year!) and love that, and then pick up the 4 mini-series books (OMAC Project, Rann-Thanagar War, Villains United and Day of Vengeance) and like those, you should have plenty of time to get caught up before the Crisis gets too far. The IC will be 7 issues total, the last one going ahead one year into the future, from where 6 left off. There will be a series called 52, which will come out every week, explaining what happened that year.

If you look up Infinite Crisis, I’m sure you’d find plenty of sites that would give you information. DC Comics’ web site is a good one, of course. And in their message boards you’ll find links to other sites for various topics/speculations/history, etc.
