We've finally locked in a date for comic book artist extrordinaire, Mike Norton, to come and do an in-store signing here at Neptune Comics! He's coming for Free Comic Book Day. Now, not only will there be free comics, but an awesome artist on-hand to sign comics and maybe even do a quick sketch for those who ask nicely.

Above are some pictures of Mike, and some of his art work. He worked on The Waiting Place and Gravity with Sean McKeever, a run on Marvel Adventures: Spider-Man, some Teen Titans: Go, a stint on Runaways, currently on DC's All-New Atom. There's more, but I can't remember them all. Mike's art is great - he's very precise and some call his art "clean." I just call it "awesome."
Mark your calendars! It's May 5, OK. That's SATURDAY MAY 5, 2007. I don't want any excuses about how you had something else to do on Free Comic Book Day/Mike Norton signing!! This could be the #1 best day of the year - you WON'T want to miss it. Make up excuses to get out of other obligations now, so you've got them practiced and ready when the time comes to use them.
