I keep coming up with these fun ideas to make our store & web site a "creative center" for people. I don't want to say too much, since other stores like to steal all of our great ideas - and I don't want this out before I decide what/how/if to launch any or all of it. But lets just say I'd love to have a place both in-store and on-line where creative folks could show off their stuff.
The tricky part is always getting people to do these things. They'll say "what a great idea" or something similar, but then getting people to follow up is always the hard part. Awards/rewards - some kind of incentive is probably going to help. But what?
